Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, join our mailing list, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, city and country, your message, and, if you choose to answer, whether you have previously acquired a work from the gallery. If you RSVP to an event, your registration is handled through the event page you use to respond. Like most websites, our hosting provider also records limited technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, to share details of available works, exhibitions, and events, to send our newsletter where you have opted in, to maintain our client records, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Your information is shared only with the service providers that operate this site on our behalf: hosting, database, and email delivery. These providers process data solely for us. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Email communications

You will only receive our newsletter if you have subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time by using that link or writing to info@makeroom.la.

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Information on this site, including the presentation of any artwork, does not constitute a binding offer. The availability and price of any work are subject to confirmation by the gallery, and all sales are governed exclusively by the terms of the gallery’s invoice.
