Artist Postcard Workshop

This Saturday, we invite you to join us at Make Room for a special Postcard Drawing Workshop led by Vienna-based Romanian artist Paul Robas.

We will begin the afternoon with an exclusive, artist-led walkthrough, sharing insights into his practice and his ongoing exploration of memory, time, and the moments that feel suspended between past, present, and future. His work reflects on fleeting images—photographs of friends, flashes of light, fragmented scenes—and how memory shapes our experience of living.

Following the walkthrough, participants will take part in a memory drawing workshop, creating a personal postcard through drawing and writing. The front becomes a space for visual reflection; the back, a letter.

You may choose to write to your past, present, or future self; or reflect on growth, remembrance, and hope. There is no right way to draw or write, the workshop is open, reflective, and intuitive.

Light refreshments will be provided, and guests are welcome to enjoy both our indoor and outdoor spaces.
